HoopYogini is a fun new fusion of hatha yoga and modern hoop dance. In this 60 min intro class I will guide you through 6 flowing (standing) postures designed to calm the mind and connect to your center by way of linking breath to movement with the hoop. Then you will put the hoop in motion around the core for a dynamic workout engaging the whole body and finally we'll finish off with some light stretching. You will leave feeling invigorated, happy and with new hoop skills!
