Yoga means union. This yoga class is the perfect union of the mind, body, and spirit. Stress manifests itself in many different ways. This class is specially designed to reduce anxiety and stress. Hatha yoga is slower in rhythm with meditative and calming qualities. Connecting with your breath, you will be guided into a sequence of stress relief yoga poses; awakening the body, yet calming the central nervous system.
Classes will incorporate aromatherapy and calming mantras to create the best experience for students. This class is perfect for beginner and intermediate yogis, or anyone who is looking for a mini escape from the busy lifestyle.
