We all want internal peace and to increase our quality of living - How do we do this? We cultivate it, firstly within ourselves, so that we may extend it into our relationships with others and the world around us.
We live in a world where stress and its counterpart anxiety, have profound affect on how we perceive ourselves and the respective world around us, often leaving us with an experience of depletion in our emotional, mental and physical well being. What is happening in the mind is reflected into the body, and with the many demanding roles and responsibilities we take on, our personal self-care often becomes an afterthought.
Join Shelley Lynn in her weekly guided full body Relaxation/Meditation class - "Embodied"
Progressive in nature and accessible to all levels of experience.
This guided relaxation is unique in that we will be introduced to the specific psychological constructs, and emotional holdings of consciousness that are held within the major systems of the body, including the skeletal system and major organs. Laying in Savasana, participants will be gently guided, supporting awareness towards breathing, visualization and the sensate.
Bringing focus to our bodies systems will facilitate the release of holdings and blockages that may be occurring within these systems to promote optimal ease, relaxation and flow within our emotional/mental states and physiological functions.
Proven benefits include:•Relaxation on all levels• Clarity• Anxiety and Depression management •Stillness• Hydration on the cellular level• Improved circulation in both the nervous and circulatory systems • Stabilized breathing patterns• Digestion Improvement• Regulated Sleeping Patterns • Pain management for chronic and acute issues
Most importantly, an overall sense of liberation towards our alignment and deeper understanding of our personal journeys and peaceful being.
