As a psychic and meditation teacher, I love using crystals in my meditations to access spirit, information, healing, or whatever I am guided to at the time. But my first love in this line of work, was and still is crystals. I've always had a deep fascination for them, but didn't always connect to them like I do now. The knowledge I have has come over time through my own journey and I am looking forward to share with you what a wonderful tool they can be! In this workshop, we will discuss crystals and their healing properties and how they work, and we will end the class with a guided meditation to help you access your own crystal's energy and show you how to connect with them. For this workshop, you are encouraged to bring your own crystal you would like to use in the meditation at the end. If you don't have any, some will be available for purchase. Soul Motion is a conscious dance practice that creates a space for self-reflection in a supportive and open environment. Each class is a special time to drop tension, melt the armor, and freely move by the guide of your intuition. No prior dance experience is required. We will begin with a short teaching along with the energy infusion of Compassion. The investment is 20.00. Please bring a yoga matt, pillow and water in a closed top container.
