Musical Hatha Flow is a moderately paced flow to upbeat music, sure to energize and uplift your spirits at the end of the work day. It is an hour of fun, Iyengar based yoga, infused with a creative approach to the traditional poses. Modifications are always made available for beginners and those needing a challenge! Pranayama and meditation are practiced to help alleviate stress. You'll feel stronger, focused, relaxed, and ready to take on the world.
